The Carthage Outpatient Satellite Office was established in 1985 to meet the alcoholism counseling needs of eastern Jefferson County and Lewis County. This office services the tri-county area.

The Carthage Clinic offers individualized treatment, including group and individual counseling groups established to meet the changing needs of the client population and the needs to the individual. Some of the groups include the following:

• Primary Group
• Relapse Prevention Group

The office has grown and developed in directions responding to the needs of the surrounding communities. Evaluations, group and individual counseling services are available as convenient for the client.
