CARTHAGE OUTPATIENT SATELLITE OFFICE

The Carthage Outpatient Satellite Office was established in 1985 to meet the alcoholism counseling needs of eastern Jefferson County and Lewis County. This office serves the tri-county area.

The Carthage Clinic offers individualized treatment, including group and individual counseling. Groups are established to meet the changing needs of the client population and the needs of the individual. Some of the groups include the following:

• The Phase Group, which is psycho-educational in nature and designed to increase the client’s insight into the nature of his/her chemical dependency.
• Recovery group, which focuses relapse prevention.

The office has grown and developed in directions responding to the needs of the surrounding communities. Evaluations, group, and individual counseling services are available as convenient for the client.

Office hours are Monday thru Thursday, 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

Medicaid and most private insurances are accepted at the clinic.
A sliding fee scale is available for those without third party coverage.
